Those who have worked alongside this energetic, intelligent optimist appreciate his remarkable character portrayals, his 'can-do' attitude and his steadfast love of tea. Anthony, they will note, is a craftsman. This impassioned acting practitioner has an ever-growing list of screen roles, demonstrating both impressive range and intensity. The evocative, harrowing short 'The Key Collector' recently took him to Prague to undertake the powerful title role. 'Facendon Avenue', a piece which saw Anthony play the character Brad, attracted Kevin Spacey Foundation grant support and gained a Green Bay Film Festival screening. Historical characters he has played for screened educational purposes can be viewed at National Trust property Shugborough Hall and the National Civil War Centre. Collaborating with the London College of Fashion, he provided filmed costumed performance to the V&A Museum Shakespeare Festival. This actor was both honoured and humble to have contributed to the two-hander green-screen gem 'Searching for Sunnyvale' - a rare piece in which the human condition presented captivates with potent yet delicate charm and beauty in every frame. Recently, Anthony became Dr Rodin in independent feature 'Burning Flames', and completed scenes as Jimmy the barman in martial arts film 'Enter the Cage'. In July, he wrapped on extended principle photography as the ruthless King Penda for 'Whiteblade' - a dark period piece with festival aims. In the same month, the iconic mantle of Merlin rested on his shoulders for independent feature film 'Mordred'. Anthony is thrilled to be cast as Banquo in Yorvik Films' production of 'Macbeth', set to begin filming later in 2016. Anthony's stage-work is no less substantial and varied, with outdoor production roles in 'The Tempest' and 'King Lear', physical theatre parts in the world première of Mittwoch Aus Licht, and engaging character portrayals in popular pieces such as 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' and Terry Pratchett adaptation 'Wyrd Sisters'. Summer 2015 saw him embrace the challenging role of Marcus in Oxford Shakespeare Festival's outdoor production 'Titus Andronicus'. He treasures the opportunity he had to play Faustus and Face in scenes from Marlowe's 'Dr Faustus' and Jonson's 'The Alchemist' at the historic The Rose Playhouse, Bankside. Christmas Eve afforded the great honour of depicting one of literature's most finely-penned and much-loved characters, Scrooge, within the space of Dickens' own home. Now, leaning on his life-long love of story, a BA (Hons) in Literature and a robust understanding of theatre, Anthony drives forward his extensive and ambitious preparations for his own theatrical telling of a classic novel. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
